Official Rules — Redwood Current Clay Walker Ticket Giveaway

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older. The show is 18+, so all attendees, including each winner's guest, must be 18 or older. Owners and employees of Current Company LLC and Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and their relatives and household members, are not eligible.

Entry Period: The entry period begins at 9:00 AM CDT on October 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on October 25, 2026 (the entry deadline). No separate entry form is required. Anyone who is an active subscriber of the Redwood Current newsletter at the entry deadline is entered.

How to Enter: Sign up for the free Redwood Current newsletter by the entry deadline. All active subscribers as of the entry deadline are automatically entered, and no further action is needed. By signing up, entrants agree to receive the weekly Redwood Current newsletter. Entrants must remain actively signed up through the entry deadline of October 25, 2026 to be eligible. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so before the entry deadline will forfeit their entry. Limit one entry per person.

Winner Selection: Winners are selected in two steps. First, on or about October 26, 2026, qualifiers will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The sponsor will determine the number of qualifiers. Qualifiers will be notified by email at the email address on file for their newsletter subscription. To remain eligible, a qualifier must reply to that email by 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, confirming that the qualifier wants the tickets, providing the qualifier's full name as it appears on a valid ID, and confirming that the qualifier will be able to pick up the tickets at the Casino Gift Shop at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. Second, on or about October 28, 2026, five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing from the qualifiers who replied by the deadline. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries and the number of qualifiers who reply. If fewer than five qualifiers reply by the deadline, or if a qualifier is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or declines, the sponsor may select additional qualifiers, who will be given a shortened response deadline. Winners will be notified by email and may be announced in the Redwood Current newsletter and on Redwood Current's social media accounts.

Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets (two tickets) to see Clay Walker at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, Morton, MN, on Friday, November 6, 2026. Tickets will be held at the Casino Gift Shop at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel under the winner's name, and the winner must present a valid ID to pick them up. Each winner may bring any guest; the guest's name is not required. Seating location will be determined by Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and may vary. No cash equivalent. Prize may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Current Company LLC. Transportation, food, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the event is canceled and no replacement tickets are provided by Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, no substitute prize or cash compensation will be provided.

Prize Provider: The tickets are provided by Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. The promotion is administered solely by Current Company LLC.

Conditions: Prize is subject to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel's venue and event policies. Event is 18+. No refunds. Performers and show times are subject to change.

Decisions Final: The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entrants, and selection of the winners are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
