I'm not a mental health or medical professional, and nothing here is clinical advice. This is a curated guide to resources. Resource details are believed to be accurate as of publication but may change.

Ongoing Support
Online screening
Not sure if what you're feeling is "enough" to warrant talking to someone? You're not alone in that. Mental Health America offers free, confidential online screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions — developed by clinicians and used by millions. Whatever your score, the screener isn't a diagnosis — it's a starting point for a conversation.
