Official Rules — Redwood Current Redwood Area Concert Series Membership Giveaway

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Current Company LLC and the Redwood Area Concert Association and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period: Entries accepted beginning at 9:00 AM CDT on August 13, 2026 through 11:59 PM CDT on August 23, 2026.

How to Enter: Complete the entry form at redwoodcurrent.com/raca by the entry deadline. Entry requires a valid name and email address. Subscribing to the Redwood Current newsletter is not required to enter or win. Limit one entry per person. If multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first eligible entry will be counted.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on August 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted, the notification is returned as undeliverable, or the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Up to two alternate winners may be selected.

Prize: Two (2) adult season memberships to the 2026–27 Redwood Area Concert Series, provided by the Redwood Area Concert Association. Approximate retail value: $110 total. Memberships will be mailed to the winner by Current Company LLC following winner confirmation. Current Company LLC and the Redwood Area Concert Association are not responsible for memberships that are lost, delayed, or damaged in the mail, and no reissue or monetary replacement will be provided in that event. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Current Company LLC. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Conditions: Prize is subject to Redwood Area Concert Association policies, including individual concert dates, times, and venues as scheduled for the 2026–27 season. Concert dates subject to change.

Privacy: By entering, entrants acknowledge that personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Redwood Current Privacy Policy at redwoodcurrent.com/privacy-policy. Entrants who opt in to the Redwood Current newsletter at entry will be added as subscribers; entrants who do not opt in will not be added to any mailing list, and entry information will be retained only for the purpose of administering this promotion.

Release of Liability: By participating in the promotion, entrants release and hold harmless Current Company LLC, the Redwood Area Concert Association, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion, except where prohibited by law. The winner is responsible for informing any guest that participation in concerts is subject to the Redwood Area Concert Association's policies.

Promotional Use: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Current Company LLC to use the winner's name and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Right to Modify: Current Company LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity, administration, or proper operation of the promotion.

Decisions Final: The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entrants, and selection of the winner are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
